Colline Saluzzesi

It's a kind of wine obtained from the assembly of 
80% Barbera grapes and the remaining from 
Neretta Cuneese. The vintage of these grapes is 
performed in the last week of October with a careful 
selection of the clusters of grapes obtaining in this 
way a wine of great quality that will be honed in 
wood for at least 12 months 
It then undergoes a refining process in bottle for 
another 12 months at the least. 
It's well matched with game. 

To be served at a temperature of 18º C.
