It's a kind of wine obtained from the assembly of at
least 60% Barbera grapes and the remaining
from Neretta Cuneese.
The vineyard from which it's obtained is over 60
years old, the low fruitfulness is compensated by
an extremely high quality. The Brunetta Antica,
is a wine of an intense ruby red color with violet
reflexes, a fresh taste, and an optimal elegance.
The ideal serving temperature is of 16º-18º C.
It's well matched with red meat.
